Program related to the special exhibition "Universal / Remote.” This is a workshop in which participants work with novelist Fukunaga Shin to make a guidebook for the exhibition by writing up their own texts. In this program, participants will experience the process of creating a "book," including consideration of the layout and table of contents. With the help of Mr. Fukunaga, participants will practice writing and reading their own texts to create a commentary on the artworks they are in charge of. The texts completed in the process of practice will be immediately laid out by Tomoeda Nozomi, who will help with the design. Over time, the texts will be developed into a complete reading material, and the completed viewing guide will be distributed at the museum during the exhibition period.
In mocamoca, we plan to introduce the contents of the workshop with Mr. Fukunaga and its progress along with reading materials and books about the artists and their works.
