"339" Counter

With the cooperation of Hiroshima-based creator group “bonpoc,” a POPUP project related to bonpoc's representative product “Hagaijime Strap,” which is currently on sale at 339!

The “bonpoc shrine” will be erected at the “339” Counter, inspired by the concept of the "Hagaijime Strap" as a "good-luck charm". The “bonpoc shrine” is a place where worshippers can find their own favorites. The word “manimani” means “to do as one pleases,” or “to let one's mind go where one pleases. Please enjoy the charms of “bonpoc” such as omikuji, ema (votive picture tablet), and red seals as you wish!

bonpoc
The name “bonpoc” is derived from the word, which means “an attempt at a new idea or technique,” or “wonder". Based in Hiroshima, we sell unique and charming straps and accessories. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, and the concept is to find one's own favorite among many, and to enjoy them with attachment.
Yasumura Hinako
In 2018, she entered the Faculty of Art at Hiroshima City University and formed the creator group “bonpoc” with two classmates during her first year of undergraduate studies. Her production activities are centered on POPUPs and exhibiting at events.

The material used for the strap is not limited to that used for ordinary straps, but each participant may also use his or her own material.
